I think this song has to do with the diamond mines out east. And the war between people about it. I dont know maybe it speaks differently to different people

I think this song is really about how the U.S. went into Iraq, an unstable, but (somewhat) peaceful place, but the U.S. went in and started attacking people and making them sleep restlessly, and eventually killing them in fiery explosions. Powerful stuff. Wicked song tho

the video is sad...they die for no reason it wasnt even the happy folks fault!....they just died because some assholes dug their mountain and they couldnt see them....its dissapointing to watch a happy village live in harmony get destroyed as the real world below them is what it is today....horrible
