  • This is one of the worst pieces of misinformation I have ever heard. Look up the biochemical chain for the synthesis of cholesterol and ask this man at what point in the chain eating fat can have any impact on the process?! It can't.

    Eskimos have no heart disease because they eat no sugar or refined carbs. This is why the US has high heart disease (it is also why Switzerland, France, Austria etc have high fat intake, low refined carb intake and low heart disease.)
