This is obviously the best scene in NCIS history. Well, at least Season 8. I used the instrumental song 'Aliyah' from the NCIS Official Soundtrack. I thought it sounded pretty good and fit perfectly and made sure that it didn't overpower the real awesomeness of this video. This episode is titled "Swan Song" from season eight. I don't own the song or NCIS.
