The only special effects kid beyond ever uses is for like guitar effect sounds, that fizzle aka interference effect, and when he uses hot hand... other than that, it's all from his mouth...

he does that, and you can see it if you search. Ive seen him live, and it was one of the most mindblowing performances ive ever seen. Without playback he's still by far the best beatboxer of all time
