awesome presentation of seated neigong.

Qigong is great!
-
which levels of Daoist Qigong would this be? I have started Levels 1 and 2, and I LOVE QiGong :)
-
beautiful,simply beautiful

@astralseeker Ummm... my apologies, but you clearly don't know what you are talking about. There are several types of qigong in China, such as Wushu, Healing, Buddhist, Taoist, Scholarly, etc. Taoist is just one school of the rich history that is qigong. :-)

xiexie - how might i find workshops or to
train with Master
-
so,
find you a master, or if you can't because there is not in your area, find you a "teacher",
learn all you can form him/her, physically guided by an external person, and in specifical surroundings (the school of the master/teacher or the nature locations chosen by him/her),
then, after months and years of practice guided by them,
you will be able to refine your own knowledge with books and ancient texts,
not the opposite way :-)
