Personally, this was a fitting end to the Radford Story and Rob's time on the show. He got Revenge on the woman who his Dad 20+ Years earlier but at a very high price.
2004 was a GREAT year for the Bill. Don't think I missed an ep that year.
I swear this had a lot more impact maybe UKTV Gold did some editing.
Gina looks genuinely gutted, maybe it's because of the natural rapport she has with Irene. Sort of like Belker on Hill Street Blues with that one suspect he keeps hauling in!

No, he wasn't a threat to the Armed Response Team at the time. Before shooting there must be a warning to drop the firearm. It was rob cocking the gun whilst pointing it at CO19 that made him a direct threat.
