I really hope you have a shrink, I know everyone thinks if you have a shrink your conciderd crazy. it doesnt mean anything its jsut someone to talk to. You really are beutiful and I hope you get through this. I did and i hope you can.

  • you're so sweet, thanks for your kind words. i dont have a shrink but its not that i didnt try to get one, its just that it didnt work out. after that i didnt try again. maybe at some point i will try again though.

  • My trigger food is raisins, things that are baked of white flour and biscuits. I have binges for like two days to two weeks. The worst one lasted for two months, then I have a time where I either eat normally or restrict.

    I've noticed that I usually start to binge after i've restricted for a time and not seen the desired results fast enough, but the main reason is that something makes me feel really anxcious but it's hard for me to realize it and not start binging.

  • I sometimes do that, where I binge after restricting because I didn't lose what I wanted to. Unfortunately lately I seem to "get rid of everything" after I binge. It totally sux. Good luck with everything, stay healthy :)

  • Theres nothing that is really a trigger food in particular , but if I eat any time b4 like 11 am , I will binge ALL DAY . I dont know why , but every time I eat early , it happens , donst matter what I eat.. I would binge when I was little to , I was so thin that my teachers thought my mom wasnt feeding me , but I would get obsessed with certain foods{it was normally chicken} . I struggle with my weight ALOT now bc of the PCOS , but I feel like Im constantly restricting or binging !

  • Hey my friend, you know what you can do? you can follow a low-carb ketogenic diet, like the Dr. Atkins diet. that is one of the best ways to lose weight, because high fat, low-carb diets kill hunger and are really the best way to burn fat and lose weight, because they they lead to low levels of insulin. And the key to weight loss is really low levels of insulin. thanks !!

  • being left home alone is my trigger. i'll binge on fruit if thats all we have. ha. it sucks really

  • my trigger is.. being home alone knowing that there are "bad stuff" like cookies or white bread or ice cream or whatever at home.. i can't control myself in that case

  • me to. I can't eat in front of one of my best friends because she's thinner than me.

  • I'm the same way. I attribute it to be a very scheduled person, and on weekdays I have classes and work so I'm constantly doing stuff Then weekends, I panic and don't know what to do with myself so all hell breaks loose and I ruin my week. =(

  • i alwayyyysss ruin everything on the weekend

    but heres wat i started doing..have one day in the week where u have one meal and eat watever u want..just one meal on that one day..

    believe me it works

    i usually save it for the weekends..or when i go out with friends

    plus ur beautiful and ur not fat at all heck i think ur thin so dont bother urself too much :/
