He did not travel. When he obtains the ball his left foot is the pivot since it came down of the floor first. He does not lift the pivot until after he starts the dribble. When he drags his foot, he is already dribbling. You can't travel while dribbling the ball.

Oh shit, he actually didn't walk. He realized he was about to travel, and then dribbled it on the other side. He still fucked up though, regardless.
