He did not travel. When he obtains the ball his left foot is the pivot since it came down of the floor first. He does not lift the pivot until after he starts the dribble. When he drags his foot, he is already dribbling. You can't travel while dribbling the ball.

It's a shame the Fab Five never won a championship with all their talent and charisma. There's little doubt in my mind that UM scores if Webber doesn't call a TO here.
