I'll go ahead and save u some time, here is a 12 set back workout with better results
1. Lat pulldowns 3x8-12
2. Isolated dumbell rows 3x8-12 each arm
3. T- Bar rows 3x8-12
4. Pullups(dropset to 50 reps)
