  • circuit training is awesome it not only builds up endurance but burns fat alot faster too. It's also better for your heart and doesn't strain the heart muscles. girl you are going to get to your size 11 in no time! nothing wrong with curves girl. No matter what size I am at I can fill my jeans out lol but they are always big in the waist. We are the same height too :) keep shining girl ~_^

  • I've been there :) When I turned about 12-13 I went from a 16 in GIRLS to a 13 in Juniors within a matter of 2 years, which is a pretty BIG jump. I was about 5'1 at the time. I saw a picture of myself and was like, "WOAH! That's NOT me." When you see yourself over time every single day, you don't notice until you see a picture. I figured I was getting my figure, not gaining weight like that, ya know? If you have the will power & faith, you'll def. get through it :D Good luck!
