I think both Bells of Capistrano and Lights of Old Santa Fe are great movies. Bells of Capistrano seems more serious but Lights has the Sons of the Pioneers who assist Roy with the singing.

I think that this is probably their best movie in terms of music. Great songs, all well-played and well-sung. And lots of them!
This is essentially the same movie as Gene Autry's "Bells of Capistrano" but way, way better.
