How do you like the delay on this thing? I always enjoy a slightly modulated delay to make the cleans sparkle a bit more and make the leads soar more. If I could get that all in one amp (that I could tuck in the corner of my office no less) I'd be thrilled.

In that case I would suggest you looking for an amp with maybe an 1/8 input jack, or possibly a 1/2 inch. but it seems as from my experience that no amp cares what you plug into it, as long as it's a 1/4 instrument cable :) P.S. is there really somewhere in the instruction manual that says this amp will not accept certain guitars??? get back to me on that j\k

dude I feel the same way but I think with this amp you can get a modern metallica sound with a more of a punchy sound for shredding while with marshalls they aren't that shredable and they are more expensive

Yes! it has a built in variac half power switch= Same great cranked tone w/ half the power. This recording in fact was around the normal "bedroom level" I use.
