I had M.E for years and was in a wheelchair - I did the Lightning Process 5 years ago and never used the chair again, in fact I have completely got my life and health back! Doing the Lightning Process was one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Just to be clear on this - I have never written anything about my ME before and I have not been asked to write this by anyone.

I had given up after ME for 10 years - my employer contacted my NHS CFS specialist to discuss ill health early retirement for me - i had been off work for 6months. The specialist said have a look at LP.

I am now working full-time and just bought a racing bike for cycling in the Alps. I want to be even better and am still working at LP every day. Thanks Phil - more tips?

It took longer than many but I have made huge improvements, and the beauty of the treatment is that you get out what you put in, so whatever I put my mind to I seem to be able to achieve it using the process and my general new way of thinking.
