Star Control 3 - The VUX and Vyro-Ingo...Rejoin

Quite possibly one of the most massive and poorly done retcons I've ever seen. Seriously, Starcon3. This was completely unnecessary. COMPLETELY. UNNECESSARY. The VUX don't need to have genetic emo angst to be xenophobic okay. They're perfectly fine as they are.

Although I completely forgot that ADMIRAL ZEX IS INCLUDED IN THIS RETCON which did genuinely surprise me. APPARENTLY HE WAS A VISIONARY NOW who knew screwing carousel beasts and trying to bang the Captain meant he was really looking for...*his true self*. DOES THIS MEAN HE THOUGHT THE CAPTAIN WAS HIS SOULMATE? DID STARCON3 MAKE ZEX'S ADVANCES TOWARDS THE CAPTAIN *EVEN MORE GAY* THAN THEY WERE BEFORE? I leave that to you to decide.

Also sorry for the audio dropping out sometimes for the Vyro-Ingo...apparently my disk is scratched or something. Which is a shame cause their voice actor is so much fun. Oh well.

So even tho the game was TERRIBLE, it was still completely obvious that the studio had spent a LOT of money on at least ONE aspect of the game, and so you had SONE reason to play it, but...THIS?! WTF could POSSIBLY have *green-lit* THIS?!?! I mean, there's not one screen, ONE FUCKING SCREEN, that looks good, or even just PRESENTABLE! I mean, EVERY screen of this game just makes me scream, "WHAT IN THE FUCK?!?!"

... "movie" ended! Not to mention the act{ors,ing}! I mean, you got to PLAY as Clive Owen, other stars like Christopher Walken and John Rys-Davies feature prominently, THE WRITING'S GOOD (tho the script's style of dialog more resembles a movie than the kind of dialogue featured in SC II), and EVERYONE gives a Oscar-worthy performance!

Um...WOW. As far as sequels go, Highlander II was TERRIBLE, as far as video game sequels go, Privateer II was also REALLY BAD, but StarControl III?!?? Fuck, it makes those two practically look like Ocarina of Time in comparison! I mean, AT LEAST Privateer II had a HUGE Hollywood-style budget of MILLIONS and used top-tier actors/actresses in a professionally produced, Hollywood-level almost-movie for it's cutscenes...so even tho the game was bad, you still wanted to play it to see how the "movie
