I heard from some people (oil and gas workers AKA: Biased) that it takes more than one litre of petroleum (through production) to produce one litre of biodiesel. Does anyone know if thats bullshit?

Depending on if you buy biodiesel or make it will change the cost. I make my own and it cost me $.27/gallon I also have been able to get a 58% increase in economy, but I made the engine more efficient and had to forgo more power to do so, but to each their own I guess.
