@durianriders hi Harley, I recall a long time back that Tim claimed/admitted he didn't have a runner's body. I guess he's not concerned about it :)

I can't understand how he or anyone would store the spare carbohydrate calories as fat when his diet is so low in fat. Surely you need to eat fat for your body to store energy as fat. Especially when Tim's carbohydrates come mostly from the fruits which have very low fat content. Maybe the fat he is using to power his body is the fat he had before he was on this diet. Not saying he's fat, he's in great shape.

tim's health is bursting off the screen.. he seems high on natural energy and is a very humble guy.
Tim has too much muscle. He would run faster if he dropped the pecs and biceps. Look at Ryan Hall. Thats how fast runners need to look. TVO looks more like a male model than the elite runner that he is.
