Nice video, but I am using Fujicolor 120 Pro 400. I had already started taking pictures before I realized that there was a 1, so please let everyone know that different films have different ways of letting you know which is the first true possible picture. Thanks.

@lixitTV A lot of local photo shops can/will develop 120 color &/or B&W film. The shop I use will have the pictures copied to a CD for me so I can download them straight to my computer for Photo-Shop work or whatever.
Happy Pic'n !!

Nice post; I know the first time I loaded my Holga I was so scared that I might had skipped 3-4 frames, or worse that my film was messed up. Your camera looks like it's been around a few times. A little witch-hazel or rubbing alcohol on a Q-Tip will clean those lenses off...just FYI.

couldn't you take pictures on that film???

@augustorg hi,so that means that 'one' is wasted? no way to undo? :(

I'm using 35mm film for the first time and wondering if I've wound too much film. Is there only so much you can wind before it stops clicking or am I supposed to count? Please help me.

i got the ilford film and im seeing what i can only recognize as suns...im guessing im spose to go pass that?
also how do you know if your spose to have the "frame number pointer" up or down?

When i first got my holga i had so much trouble because it was my first time using 120 film! first time i unraveled it then last time i through it was because i thought i needed the 2 spools. then last time i left my film in the car and then when i finally put it in the camera i thought something was wrong because i didn't see any numbers showing upt! But now i can't put that camera Down!

That's a good idea. I'm to get some Ilford stuff pretty soon here as well, so I can add that. I have a BUNCH of Fuji too, so if you need a filmer for that, I can contribute or whatever.

hey, nice vid. i had this problem myself a while ago.
you know what would be a good vid? if you made two of those, one using a fuji film and the other using a kodak film.
when i first used kodak what really messed me up was that their "one" was actually a "I", instead of a "1", like fuji.

hey thanks for the comment, glad you like the vid. Yeah I'm guessing the distance you need to advance may also vary from film to film too. I will probably do that when I have some more money :)
