  • Great job,,bow,,

  • What I like about these traditional forms is that with a little bit of training, most people can do the moves. Of course to look this good (technique here is fantastic) takes years of practice.

  • Very nice. Seems like a mix of Chinese and Japanese staff techniques. I wish I lived near a good dojo.

  • man these guys just put me to shame so bad...they dont each this where i live..so im forced to learn from youtube...sniff sniff *sob* it sucks! i want to be this good! but i dont get the same oppertunity as these guys....!

  • mi dispiace ma sn molto più bravo d te...

  • great kata

although I don't think the single handed backhand thing really works for me

and you shouldn't be looking at the bo as you swing it over your head

but nice mixture of actual traditional karate kata and your own moves

  • I don't think that behind the back slide was suitable for rod of that length and shape...it's a little odd...definitely for longer weapons. But I like this form. It's cool and I'd love to learn it.

  • thats hard unless u practice thats good keep on doing bo staff and never give up

  • Very good. What style is the bo form?
