What I like about these traditional forms is that with a little bit of training, most people can do the moves. Of course to look this good (technique here is fantastic) takes years of practice.

although I don't think the single handed backhand thing really works for me

and you shouldn't be looking at the bo as you swing it over your head

but nice mixture of actual traditional karate kata and your own moves

I don't think that behind the back slide was suitable for rod of that length and shape...it's a little odd...definitely for longer weapons. But I like this form. It's cool and I'd love to learn it.
