Encounter w/ Lakeway PD-Pt3

This video is an edited version of what happened during an encounter with Lakeway, TX police. I was standing well off the road holding my "Speed Trap Ahead.org" sign. This video uses audio and video from three sources: my cell phone recording audio to the internet, my DV videocam, and the dashboard video from the police car. This is part 3 of 3 parts.

Well, they DON'T any more. After he had me arrested during another SpeedTrapAhead encounter, and a few things came out in court, he was suddenly GONE! Quit, fired, pushed out, embarrassed, or what -- I'm not sure. But, about a week after my trial, he was out of there.

The best part of this video is when you went away. If you're so concerned about public safety, then you ought to go about it in the proper way instead of being an ass to those who really put their lives on the line every day to protect our community. Or join the police. But you are obviously one of these people that get their jollies by causing problems and getting into power struggles with civil authorities. You are the antithesis to your own stated "cause."

in the end every citation gets thrown out in court... after the 1st or 2nd encounter they should have learned their lesson and leave you alone...;)

This 'sign holder' is a complete idiot. Who has the time to stand on the side of the road and hold up a sign all day? Obviously he does. If only he could get real job. All this man is, is someone that has been stopped too many times for speeding, and is trying to blame others for his problem of speeding. This guy really does need to get a life. The whole time I watched all three videos, I am saying to myself "This guy is a complete idiot."

The cop needs to read the statute a little more carefully, because you can't regulate non-commercial speech.

The freedom to shut up and only hold authorized signs? So I have to go and have signs for my yard sale brought to the "Sign Authorizer" before I can use them? REALLY!?!!
