Shadow these "tourists" as they encounter Experience Music Project, a museum dedicated to the history and exploration of popular music. The 300 million dollar building is located on the campus of the Seattle Center, adjacent to the Space Needle and the Seattle Center Monorail, which runs through the building. Experience Music Project (EMP) was founded by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, and opened its doors in 2000. This video was shot (by a tourist, yours truly) a few months after it opened.
@NYWAORCANZ Very recently. I think it was about 2 summers ago when economy tanked. They saw not too many locals were using it. They made a big deal about how cheap it was to see the Experience Music Project as well as sci-fi exhibit, so maybe around same time? I haven't checked it out in a while so I'm hoping they still do it. Also, I hear what your saying about outside of building. Once I read Gehry's vision and what everything represented I found beauty in it. Look it up, may open your eyes?

I am the first person to look at this building
300 million dollar building and it looks like a trash heap
However , inside that building is much more impressive and 20 buck for a day pass in and out is pretty good deal for the tourist as well as locals
