I think Colin Farell did a great job in this film. I think some ppl expect too much but dont forget he is only Human (Alexander & Colin Farrell) and u cant protray pp 100%. U are portraying a character which lived thousand years ago. I cud not see anything where Colin Farell cud have differently. He also lookes like Alexander from what we seen of Alexander's statues & pics. Well done Colin!. U make Irish people proud!!!!....

i feel pity for Phili the 2nd, he appears like a shawdow compared to Alexander's glory. I would dare say that Philip may approve of Alexander's spreeding their culture, but Alexander did it only for glory Philip would have done it for his Country. In the end all that glory Alexander obtained, and wanted was something he did not get to enjoy. what was it all for to prove his father is a better man? Well God revelead this to Daniel,so God had a plan behind Alexander conquering other nations?

People for fucks sake nobody can call themself's true Macedonian,Serb,Greek etc from genetic point of view....there are centuries of migration of Celts and other "barbarian" and "civilized" nations.Also remember that Turks dominated this regions for almost 500 years.
