  • im realy skinny, i have no muscle and no fat, i eat like a skinny person would and i dont move alot, what tips do you have for a guy like me to get muscle mass and have more energy?

  • what kind of diet did you follow? how much protein daily?

  • @StetZach24 45% carbs//30% Protien//25%Fat, I eat abour 3/4 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day.
