My interpretation: their are obstacles and signs everywhere saying "ugly not allowed" or something. But there's no one around; no 'pretty' people OR 'ugly people'. That's because the people deemed 'ugly' by society are obviously not allowed, but the 'pretty' people are made to think that they are not 'pretty' enough. 2ne1 has broken the barrier, celebrating who they are and not just what they look like. Because once you are happy on the inside about who you are, that is where true beauty lies.
