Love and Deaf

This is a funny 7 minute gay short film I made about a guy who can't master the art of communication in relationships - and meets his perfect match in a cruisey Central Park bathroom. It toured the gay festival circuit, aired on Here TV in North America, Pink TV in France, and was put out on DVD as an additional feature on the DVD release of the feature Apart from Hugh by Waterbearer Films in the US.

What a beautiful and unique short film, which actually took my breath away when the hearing guy took the deaf guy's hand softly before they walked away unable to stop smiling at each other. I'm a twenty years old deaf/hard of hearing guy and I met the right -hearing- guy approximately eight months ago even though it wasn't like this. I could say that we met rather in a strange, but hilarious way because he was straight when he fell for me and we both are very happy ever since.
