This delicious dish combines chicken, shrimp and rice noodles in an amazing semi sweet curry sauce.

  • is the sauce spicy if yes can i skip the hot sauce you added? or will the flavor not be as tasty. If its spicy im not sure if my family would eat it.

  • @fluttering13 You can just leave out the hot sauce in this dish and it won't be spicy at all :)

  • ahh..i see...i think its the Singapore fried beehoon...thats what i heard its called in Singapore..

  • go ahead

  • @donbhai11 Somehow all over the world, this is presented as "Singaporean Noodles". Why, I'm not sure...

  • @RabiaBasri100 And the 'ands' too... and I'd thought of counting how many 'and's there are in the video, but gave up as there'd be too many.

  • @AsianCookingmadeEasy It's a well presented & interesting recipe with the blend of different flavours but I'm just curious, as a Singaporean guy who's passion is cooking, I've never seen noodles being cooked this way here. Why or what made u want to name this dish Singapore Noodles? Judging by the ingredients u've used its closer to the Chinese style of cooking but not S'porean. There is also the Indian & Malay version of this dish which I would very happily share the recipe with u if u want! :)

  • Im proud to be Singaporean :)
