  • Hey Steven, your food looks great! I was wondering though, is a turkey loaf not a bit dry, does it not need the fat from ground beef to keep it moist?

  • Thanks a lot.... I never find the turkey to be dry... the ketchup and other wet ingredients help cut back on that. Try it, I think you will like it!

  • Another winner, Steven! Just wondering though, most ground turkey contains dark & white meat, so its not as lean as some ground beef. Ground sirlon & extra lean ground meat has only 8-10% fat & is leaner, unless the turkey is breastmeat only.

    Have you tried the recipe w/ground meat? Also, I'll bet toasting the breadcrumbs would add a little something to it!
