Several things could contribute to the issue, some responses already provided in the comment threads. Consider the following:
-reed not aligned, not straight
-reed not flat; take it off and use your thumb or one finger and press out a few stokes on a flat surface
-reed to far down or up
-reed not wet enough
-reed to soft or hard
-reed too tight or too loose
Check these areas out whenever you experience (hear squeaking). These are the ones I am familiar with.

Check if the reed is chipped. If not, make sure it is about a centimeter before the black part. And that it is not to tight or not tight enough.
