YouTube inexplicably yanked this video in September 2006 and deemed the content "inappropriate." On or after Nov. 16, 2008, the video was mysteriously restored -- most likely because law professor Jeffrey Rosen inquired about its takedown and published a NYTimes piece on Google's Gatekeepers.
