It's simple, all you do is type &fmt=18 at the very end of the url and you get high quality!
Of course, I recorded this with a recording system, so You can barely tell the difference between high and low quality in this video, but trust me. It works very will! Try it!

@MiHiVidz Before the days of HD, Youtube implemented an HQ feature into certain videos that had &fmt=18 behind its url. Before the removal of the HQ feature and the implementation of HD videos, adding &fmt=18 to the url was the only way to increase video quality.
