she sounds REALLY well rested...i think that her voice kinda changes with her moods..you can kinda tell depending on the interview.. in this one its kind higher and also i think she kinda talks with an accent sometimes... I LOVE HER THOUGH AMAZING!!!

@JLAD428 No, this is an other reason. you should search for "Lady GaGa showSTUDIO live interview Part 5" on Youtube. She mentioned their why she changed her voice because she had so much fear that the media could destroy her... She's so amazing- she's the greatest artist ever!!!
