It is amaging that a grown man has nothing better to do except to make someones day hard . I definitely would not want my kids to see me act like an ass. I guess thats just me

The TSA policy says that if you hinder the check-in line with your photography then it's not allowed. Don't let them use that on you, It's their overreaction to something which is causing the delay, not the permissible/legal act of recording.
