The Best Flash movie I have ever made :)
In 2004 we celebrated the 200th Birthday of the great Danish story-teller Hans Christian Andersen. So I made a movie based on one of his tale - "The Little Match Girl" for the 2004 yr Xmas season.
It was popular among internet users aswell. 56,845 views in Newgrounds.com, 14,303 views in flashplayer.com etc.

This didn't make sense to me because she left the warmth of the church to go into the street and die in the cold.

Many years ago my mother had to come and collect me from school because they read this story and I wept so hard because I couldn't help the little girl.

My own children are now grown up and I still wish I could rescue the poor little mite and take her home. The saddest ever fairy tale and worst of all, based on fact.
