SONJA HENIE sings to Judy Garland, Vivien Leigh & Sharon Tate

In the late 60s my favorite leading ladies all but died..... Vivien of TB in 1967 and quite a Holocaust in 1969 with Judy, Sharon and Sonja - by accidental drug overdose, as a murder victim and leukemia.
The song is "Fly on Ice" from Sonja Henie`s last picture, "Hello London".

This song serves as a tribute to these women who went on thin ice(discovering the world of limelight), but unfortunately the ice proved too thin...
They sought Paradise, but were only allowed to glimpse into it before they were taken away...
Their legacy though will stand the test of time and I hope you`ll smile affectionately looking at these pictures:-)

sonja henie is my grandmothers cousin :) well was. i have tons of pics of them when they were kids :) she was a beautiful woman i wish i couldve met

Beautiful video of all three women! I didn't know much about Sonia Henie. Sharon Tate is another one who is all but forgotten but she left a legacy and it definitely affected her husband Roman Polanski.
