  • I want one of these in my home to get rid of that gas guzzling usually short cycling 80%er I have.

  • @jay11j If I ever move I will have to remove that valve,I am not worry about the next homeowner it 's me I am worry about!! LOL!! One of these days I am going to redo my duct pressure test to see how tight my duct are. On my last pressure test I was at 35 cfm, that 3/4 line is worth about 5 I want to be around 20 cfm.I am glade you liked the install! Thanks!

  • @dizziedallas Hopes the next home owner knows about that valve on the coil, otherwise will be a mess when they turn on the A/C.

    Otherwise, nice install!

  • @dizziedallas that sucks, but you should save on the operation cost with the Rheem split. I am a Bryant, Rheem installing Contractor, but I dropped Rheem went to Ruud, same thing, just a different supply house.

  • Love the modulating furnaces. I sell York, it is very similar to the Rheem. I want to install one in my own home coupled to a 2 stage heat pump. I hope the manufacturers adopt PVE oil before 2010 is over. I really don't want a unit with POE oil in it. Maybe I'll install the furnace this year and keep my old heat pump for now.

  • @fritzhvac I here what your saying it sad whats happening it seem it at a accelerated pace.
