My favorite was the cop and his wife that ate some pot brownies and called 911 saying he thought they were going to die. Time is moving really slow, he said. I think I'm dying. Funniest thing Iv'e ever heard!

Dude. I live in Georgia, on the Tennessee line. You are absolutely correct on the appropriate time to call 911 thing. People actually call about their cats being in trees. People call the cops because a guy stole his marijuana. Yes, it really happens.
