thanks this is helpful. I was in art school last year they didn't teach me any of this. I'm reapplying to different art schools for next fall and really need to know this stuff. thank you.

Very nice video man. Do you have any.... recommendations... for me, when it comes to using a pencil? Do you use a hard pencil or soft when shading?

@rick664ath i have the same pencil. its a pentel p200 mechanical pencil i think.
its very good and quite cheap too :)
