i typed LCD but what i meant to type was CRT.
i've always trusted them above the modern, when it comes down to representing the real. maybe the image you found is also by Giger... it just looks so familiar to me.. i suppose falling into gorgeous accordance with all art, in the end: matters of mind.

who did that painting anyway? almost rips into me like Giger's Island. maybe i'll make of a video bearing the image, if i can find it... accompanying it probably with "Are Friends Electric?"

it is actually a photograph I believe, I google image searched for clouds if I remember correctly and found this. I agree it is very striking.
