This video was shot as a tornado formed over Colliers Mills Wildlife Management Area in Jackson Township New Jersey. Towards the end of the video you can see it touch down in the distance as it heads east towards the Cassville section of Jackson Township.

Omggg I live In Lakewood and I heard about hurricane Irene and the fact it brought it some twisters but, I didn't see this!

I shot this video at 5:15pm on East Colliers Mills Road looking towards the entrance to the Wildlife Management entrance. I was facing east. The NWS contact me about my video and have already stated that it confirms a funnel cloud and they will be checking in the park for damage to trees. to confirm a tornado. It looked like it was on the ground to me. Thanks for the rest of your comments.
