  • Good vid, sounds like real good info...."food for thought". Hope ya don't mind my pointing out though that if your wearing that same helmet for serious activities, I hope you actually have it adjusted better for during use....if it's gonna sit as loose as it did during the vid, it aint gonna help ya in a crash. Not trying to nit pick just for the sake of it, but someone could spot that and wonder about your seriousness.

  • @BatmanProject777 I hear you bro. This was a back up helmet. The straps need adjusting for sure. Thanks for caring to comment. :)

  • Lots of insecure carnivores in here...

  • @sthnwatch That's very good to see someone admit they were wrong. there should be more people like you, people who can admit there mistakes when someone corrects them. Instead of trying to argue the point or not answering at all (which is better than arguing). Good on ya mate, you've agreed you were wrong & now everyone can be certain of what Meletonin & Melanin truly are. In some kind of "roundabout way", you've actually done the world a service! Keep your chin up, you'll be 'right.

  • I don't understand. Don't we get more than enough carbs? Everyone who can afford to eat in a 1st world country.

  • i like the way you mock negative people

  • @amalemany32587

true, I .. myself .. I've spent over half a year myself researching, on to the raw diet.

been on raw for i think 3 weeks .. And the out of body feeling ur experince.. i just cant go back to cooked foods again.. Atleast give it a try.. 3-4 days.. and u will kno what i'm talkin about !

nah, my mistake. it may take up to 500.000 years to adopt.

And true, we are adpoting to the cooked lifestyle, but we're far, FAR away from thriving on it. - u can thrive on the raw diet

  • @Denrarehund Honestly, I'm pretty sure a lot of this has a lot to do with lifestyle as well. For someone like myself who trains predominantly on an anaerobic level, this wouldn't fly. Where I see the biggest issue is I really don't think there's a big enough sample base to prove or disprove. In my eyes, this simply isn't a healthy diet. When I find more studies from credible sources, I'll change my opinion. As far as adaptation, there's no way it takes 500 millenia! We'd be extinct if it were.

  • @amalemany32587

PLUS he's been researching for 3 decades on the 80/10/10

  • @amalemany32587

    Yea i undeerstand u.

Dr douglas Graham has been living this for i think 25 years.

Its really logic, we evolved in the tropics, and its really hard to get to much fat from fruit thats found in the tropics.

and we've only been living in these cold climates and eating meat for like 70.000 years .. its nothing! and even corn for only like 10.000 years.. we're so far away from fully adopted.

it takes up to 500.000 years to adopt to knew foods from what we're designed to eat.

  • @Denrarehund Figures. I'd love to see someone do a longitudinal study on this diet. That 10% calories from fat is extremely low by AND(formely ADA) standards.

    The 80/10/10 diet

    By Dr. Douglas Graham

  • @Denrarehund Where did you hear this from? The digestion and absorption points of fats and carbs occur at different points in the GI system. I don't see how lipid metabolism and glycolysis have anything to do with each other. And what is stage two? Breaking of glycosidic bonds? Furthermore, olive oil is loaded with MUFA which are incredibly healthy and promote high HDL cholesterol. I'm just really curious as to where your information came from.
