i think its great to see mini's racing, would you rather see them all sitting in museums collecting dust? their just cars after all, they can be fixed, this is just a part of racing. life would be too boring otherwise!!

@jewses I was thinking more of the sacrilegious VTEC and Hayabusa swaps...wonderful engines, just not meant for a Mini! I don't care if a VTEC is more powerful, if I could choose any engine to have in a Mini, it'd be a 1275cc OHV. Preferably original in the car.

@justforever96 You have my vote on that one mate haha. I'm a bit less opinionated on powertrain as long as a mini still has an A/A+ series block in it. I suppose i can handle a k1100 head even if it IS from a bema

@jewses People who do that to ANY car ought to be at least flogged. I don't know about shot...horrid taste isn't a mortal crime. Quite. As long as their "improvements" can be reversed. That should apply to powertrain upgrades too.
