Under Common Law most easily remembered as Jesus' Golden Rule, another MAN has to Claim you injured him to get a remedy in court, but under Admiralty (statute law) it can be a victimless crime and still apply (but only with YOUR consent. They will do anything they can to establish "jurisdiction"(control) over you. Stand up and be $overeign and their control dissapears. The Judges, Lawyers are agents of the Federal Reserve, IMF and YOU are a revenue stream taught to cower thru their violence

It is my understanding that under common law if no one has suffered loss or harm from your actions, then there has been no crime.

You are being penalised for non-compliance of a corporate policy(legal) imposed by a system that does not adhere to common law. This is evidenced by the threats and intimidation techniques employed to extort your time & energy (i.e., money/credit).

1 question.if i was caught drink driving whilst traveling for a none payment in return and i caused no injury harm or loss to any third party. have i committed an offense or crime under common law?. please reply as your information would be most helpful. ^_^.

As for using the ucc-1 form no i have not but i,m interested if someone has used one
