they did record everything separate
munky is most likley playing to a scratch track
the whole band records the song together perfectly on time so that when they start tracking separatly they can just play to themselves instead of to a metronome

got the song name wrong cuz it was just a demo at that point and they probly called it "come on"

that's a good thing when they all record together, live in studio recordings are way better, you can feel the energy
