It's something to do with the Crocodile at the start of the level. It only happens for me when I haven't killed it.

@MMAN2 This bug happened irregularly when I challenged speedrun. And, the crocodile is never killing.

３年前にMMANもForumsで、同じ事を言っている様だけど...
Speedrun では、Medi Pack で回復しながら強引に進むと、最初のシークレットで使い切ってしまう。 当然問題無い時もありますが。 困ったものだ！
