The actors in the video are actually re-enactors from the 78th Fraser Highlanders from the David M Stewart Museum in Montreal, Quebec. They fought at the battle of Quebec in 1759 then settled in the Quebec area after the regiment was disbanded. Similar uniform except for the government set was worn.

The reconstructed fort is actually from the Revolutionary War, and well worth a visit, you drive through the site of french Fort Carrillion as you enter the grounds, to the left is a small stone turret commemorating where the yet untested Highland Regiment was sent on a diversionary left flanking manuever that succeeded in breeching French lines but unsupported by the English who had abandonned their main attack, were cut to pieces, but their reputation was made.
