Squat opener pre-meet.
I've been sick for the last four or five days and I'm still a little under the weather, but I needed to check on my form and my depth. I have a meet on the 8th.
I felt like my first rep wasn't deep enough (though it definitely was now that I see the video) so I tried to go deeper, and I'm just too tired because I'm still sick, so I dropped it. When I'm not sick I can usually pop out of the hole even that deep with 4 plates...
