@inagod my build will be more around 650-700hp to the crank, I may just go with a built porsche transaxle cause spending 25k on a tranny is ridiculous, especially when it costs more than the car...

@bldeagle the first 15 cost 7500.00,the price now is 8600.00 retail,its good for 525 hp 475 pounds of torque.Bolts right too the LS3 block,no adapter,uses LS3 clutch and flywheel,930 Porsche CV's and axle,75 mph,at 2400 rpm[nice] 200 mph at 6200rpm.Should be capable of easy 25 mpg at 55mph and 1700 rpm[real nice]

exactly which mendeola transaxle is this? you say high hp capability but for what I want, id have to purchase a 25,000 transaxle from them which is a major kick in the wallet for a friggen transaxle, that puts the build closer to 100k for me...
