That looks amazing! I love mushrooms and cheese...and bread! Have you ever cooked with chanterelle mushrooms? I have friends who pick them and we cook them in butter, salt and pepper. That's it. They are soooo good!

@aglanceatmyworld I do all of the production and post production at home. My girlfriend and I shoot it together on a Canon 7d, record audio with an H4N and an Audio Technica mic and edit in Final Cut Pro. I think the best thing i can suggest is look carefully at your limitations and think creatively about how you can make something shine, given the constraints you have.
