Gullfoss - Golden Circle - Iceland

Part of the famous Golden Circle in Iceland - Gullfoss (meaning Golden Falls) is an impressive waterfall and a must-see tourist attraction.

Though you should always be cautious, one of the great things about the natural attractions in Iceland is that there are relatively few and minimal barriers between you and nature. You can literally walk right up to the falls, feeling the mist and the roar right next to you.
