If I were to upload it myself, I'd tape it, or record it to DVD directly from the TV, and either convert it, or rip it onto my computer. A much better process, considering the qualit of this one.

that's right... if u were to upload it yourself, but u didn't and i bet u're not gonna do it. and this video's all there is, so stop critizicing and have fun watching it, at least he uploaded it. demanding quality's kindda dumb.
